The team started in season 2005/06 at Under 9s age group, following the Shirebrook Rangers annual summer recruitment camp. Began in division 2, finishing their first season in seventh place.
An improvement in season 2006/07 ended with a fourth place finish at under 10 which resulted in promotion to division 1.
2007/08 saw the move to 11 a side and mid table finish was a good start to division 1, although a Benevolent Cup final appearance showed the progress being made by the team.
The current season has seen the team progress further and they are currently challenging for league honours
A good passing team, the addition of a more competative edge has provided further improvement.
A lot is expected from the team over the coming seasons.
